一、我們收集哪些資料
息域 Aira 不要求你提供姓名、身分證字號或付款卡號等直接個人識別資訊。App 內的練習紀錄、偏好設定、問卷結果與部分使用狀態,主要儲存在你的裝置本機,用於支援 App 的正常功能。
為了支援訂閱與授權狀態,我們也可能使用匿名或去識別化的應用程式識別值,例如 App 內部生成的使用者識別碼,來維持裝置上的權限同步與服務可用性。
二、分析資料
我們使用 Firebase Analytics 收集匿名或去識別化的使用統計資料,例如功能使用頻率、流程完成情況與畫面互動事件,用於改善產品體驗與找出流程問題。
這些資料不會直接用來識別你的真實身分。
三、崩潰報告與診斷
我們使用 Firebase Crashlytics 收集匿名的崩潰報告與技術錯誤資訊,以協助我們偵測問題、修復錯誤,並改善 App 的穩定性與效能。
四、訂閱與付款
訂閱與付款由 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 處理。我們不會儲存你的信用卡、金融卡或平台付款資訊。
訂閱狀態可能由 RevenueCat 協助管理,並使用匿名或去識別化的 App 使用者識別值,以支援訂閱權益判定、還原購買與權限同步。

六、兒童隱私
本服務不以 13 歲以下兒童為主要對象,也不會刻意蒐集兒童的個人資料。若你認為有兒童在未經適當同意的情況下向我們提供資料,請與我們聯絡。
七、資料保存與安全
我們會採取合理措施保護你透過本服務產生或傳輸的資料。但任何網路傳輸、第三方服務或裝置儲存都無法保證絕對安全。
由於部分資料保存在你的裝置本機,若你卸載 App、清除裝置資料、重置裝置或移除本機儲存內容,相關資料可能無法復原。

你通常可以透過以下方式管理資料與功能:
- 在裝置層級管理通知權限
- 在購買平台管理或取消訂閱
- 停止使用 App,或刪除 App 以移除本機儲存資料

1. What data we collect
Aira does not require your real name, national ID number, or payment card details. Practice history, preferences, questionnaire results, and some usage state are primarily stored locally on your device to support normal app functionality.
To support subscription access and entitlement syncing, we may also use anonymous or de-identified application identifiers, such as an app-generated user ID.
2. Analytics data
We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous or de-identified usage statistics, such as feature usage, flow completion, and screen interaction events, so we can improve the product experience and find broken flows.
This data is not used to directly identify your real-world identity.
3. Crash reports and diagnostics
We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect anonymous crash logs and technical error information so we can detect issues, fix bugs, and improve app stability and performance.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Subscriptions and payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not store your credit card, debit card, or platform payment information.
Subscription status may be managed with RevenueCat using anonymous or de-identified app user identifiers for entitlement checks, purchase restoration, and access syncing.
5. Third-party services
We may currently rely on the following third-party services:
- Firebase (Google): anonymous analytics and crash reporting
- RevenueCat: subscription and entitlement management
- Apple App Store: payment and subscription processing

6. Children's privacy
This service is not primarily directed to children under 13, and we do not intentionally collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided data without appropriate consent, contact us.
7. Data retention and security
We take reasonable steps to protect data generated or transmitted through the service. However, no network transmission, third-party service, or device storage can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure.
Because some data is stored locally on your device, uninstalling the app, clearing device data, resetting the device, or removing local storage may permanently remove that data.
8. Your choices
You can usually manage data and functionality in the following ways:
- Manage notification permissions at the device level
- Manage or cancel subscriptions through the purchase platform
- Stop using the app or delete the app to remove locally stored data
