三、訂閱與購買
息域 Aira 的訂閱與付款由 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 處理。若你遇到扣款、續訂、取消或退款相關問題,請先到你購買時使用的平台帳戶查看訂閱管理頁面。
- Apple:請於 iPhone 或 iPad 的 Apple ID 訂閱設定中管理
- Google Play:請於 Google Play 的付款與訂閱設定中管理
- 若 App 內權限未同步,可先使用「還原購買」或重新登入平台帳戶後再試
四、退款說明
退款通常由你購買時所使用的平台處理。我們無法直接替平台核准退款,但若你需要提供訂單背景或問題說明,我們可以協助整理你遇到的狀況。
五、技術問題排查
若遇到播放或介面異常,建議先嘗試以下步驟:
- 完全關閉 App 後重新開啟
- 確認裝置已連線且系統音量與靜音模式設定正常
- 更新至最新版本的 App 與作業系統

To speed up support, include your device model, operating system version, app version, screenshots, and the approximate time the issue happened.
2. Common support topics
- The app does not open or the interface behaves unexpectedly

3. Subscriptions and purchases
Aira subscriptions and payments are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play. For billing, renewal, cancellation, or refund issues, first check the subscription management page of the platform used for purchase.
- Apple: manage through Apple ID subscription settings on iPhone or iPad
- Google Play: manage through Payments and subscriptions in Google Play
- If access is not synced inside the app, try Restore Purchases first
4. Refunds
Refunds are usually handled by the platform used for purchase. We cannot directly approve platform refunds, but we can help summarize the technical or billing context if needed.
5. Basic troubleshooting
If playback or interface issues appear, try the following:
- Fully close the app and reopen it
- Confirm the device is online and audio settings are normal
- Update to the latest app version and operating system
- If the problem persists, send screenshots or a screen recording
6. Safety reminder
If you experience dizziness, chest discomfort, breathing difficulty, severe distress, or any abnormal reaction during practice, stop immediately and seek qualified professional help if appropriate.
